Charles Darwin's Biography

He was born on February 12, 1809 in the family home, called "The Mount", in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England. He was the fifth of the six children of doctor and financier Robert Darwin, and of Susannah Wedgwood. Grandson of two competitive abolitionists: Erasmus Darwin by father and Josiah Wedgwood by his mother. At the age of eight he start to feel an interest in find out  natural history. In 1839 he married his cousin, Emma Wedgwood, and together bring out  to move to the small estate of Down House in Kent. They bring out  have ten children, although three died when they were children. After being diagnosed with angina, Charles Darwin died in Down House on April 19, 1882
Achievements and discoveries
Charles Darwin decided to create a foundation in Galapagos to rescue the flora and fauna. He intends helping animals in Galapagos Islands, In 1971, He can find out the last giant tortoise in the Isla Pinta. It name is solitario Jorge. He look into about the origin of the species un Galapagos, Charles draw on his knowledge to study marine life. He was very ingenious because looked into about origin of man and create the theory of evolution.
